Airport Pickup

Yes! We have vehicles available at Casablanca (Mohammed V), Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier, Rabat, Fez, and Nador airports. The agency representative will be waiting for you in the arrivals area.

After booking confirmation you will receive the agency's WhatsApp number. We recommend sending a message one hour before landing so the representative is ready at the gate.

Contact the agency via WhatsApp as soon as you learn about the delay. Our agencies are very flexible and will not cancel your booking due to a flight delay.

Some agencies charge a small delivery fee which is clearly displayed on the vehicle page before booking. There are no hidden fees.

Required Documents

You need: (1) a valid driving licence (Moroccan or international), (2) your National ID card or passport, (3) a bank card for the security deposit if required by the agency.

Yes, a foreign driving licence is accepted in Morocco for up to 90 days. It is preferable to carry an International Driving Permit in addition to your national licence to simplify procedures.

The minimum age is 21 with a driving licence valid for at least 2 years. Some agencies raise this to 23 for luxury vehicles.

Security Deposit (Caution)

The security deposit (Caution) is a temporary hold held as a guarantee against potential damages. It typically ranges from MAD 2,000 to MAD 10,000 depending on the vehicle category. It is paid in cash or held on your bank card and returned in full when the vehicle is returned undamaged.

The deposit is refunded immediately upon vehicle inspection at return, usually the same day or within 3-5 business days for card holds.

Yes, most agencies accept the deposit in cash. Contact the agency beforehand to confirm.

Cancellation Policy

Yes, you can cancel your booking at any time by contacting the agency directly on WhatsApp. The cancellation policy varies by agency and is displayed on the vehicle page.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before pickup are usually free. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 1–2 days rental cost. Always review the agency's terms at the time of booking.

In case of a no-show without prior notice, the agency may retain a symbolic fee equivalent to one day's rental. We always recommend notifying the agency as early as possible if your plans change.

Pricing & Payment

Cash on pickup is always available. Some agencies also accept credit cards and bank transfers. An online payment gateway is coming soon to the platform.

All vehicles listed on the platform have mandatory third-party liability insurance (RC). Comprehensive insurance is optional and its cost varies by agency.

Prices displayed on the platform are reference prices. For long-term rentals (weekly or monthly) or large quantities, agencies often offer special discounts — contact them directly via WhatsApp.

General Information

No, rented vehicles are generally restricted to use within Morocco only. Travel outside the country requires special permission from the agency and additional insurance coverage.

(1) Ensure everyone is safe. (2) Call the police to obtain an official report (PV). (3) Notify the agency immediately via WhatsApp. (4) Do not agree to any compensation before consulting the agency.

Yes, you can usually extend the rental by coordinating in advance with the agency, provided there is no other booking on the same vehicle.
